Meet the Staff
Paula Roberts - Paula has been working in the dental field since 1995 and prior to that she worked in the insurance industry. She opened our office with Dr. McCall in 2003, and both worked for the State of Virginia. She is trained in the CEREC technology, is X-ray certified, and also works as a dental assistant.
Michelle Green - Michelle has been working in the dental field since 2001. She was an orthodontic assistant and lab technician for 6 years before graduating with honors from Northern Virginia Community College with a degree in Hygiene in 2009.
Kara Barroso - Kara joined our practice in 2010. She is a Rappahannock County native where she graduated high school in 2009. She is X-ray and CPR certified. She is our Senior dental assistant here at Culpeper Dental Associates. She has experience working with both doctors, but currently assists Dr. Simpson full-time.
Bonnie Menefee - Bonnie was a chair-side assistant in Culpeper for 11 years. She is a 2006 NOVA Dental Hygiene program graduate and graduated with honors. She has been with our practice since March 2007.
Mary Beth Berry - Mary has been at CDA since 2004. As a former LPN, she quickly realized the importance of oral health and completed the dental hygiene program at NVCC. She takes pride in caring for her patients and educating them about oral hygiene. When not working, Mary enjoys nature and spending time with her family.
Cierra Banks - Cierra is a Culpeper native who graduated from EVHS in 2015. She joined our practice in January 2024. She assists both doctors and is X-ray and CPR certified. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog.
Sarah Arellano - Sarah has been in the dental field since 2020, and joined our practice in 2021. She graduated from Liberty High School on an academic accelerated program with honors. She is X-ray certified through Germanna and CPR certified. She has assisted both doctors, but is currently Dr. Klemann's full time assistant. When not working, she enjoys caring for her plants and spending time with her dogs.
Kayla LaFond - Kayla joined the practice in 2024. You will meet her smiling face at the front desk. She graduated from Eastern View High School in 2009. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two kids, her pets, and being outside.
Kylie Shope - Kylie is our newest smiling face at the front desk! She graduated from EVHS in 2013 and continued on to graduate from dental assistant training school "DATS" in 2015. She loves spending time with her two children and pets outside of work.
